Qualification:
The candidate should possess any of the given qualifications:
- Member of recognized body of Professional Accountants i.e. ACCA/ACMA/PIPFA,
- Member of recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries,
- Master degree in business administration or commerce or a law graduate from HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years, relevant experience of handling corporate and secretarial practices/functions of a company,
- Working knowledge of Company Law, Listing Regulations and other applicable regulations,
- Having good communication skills and ability to report at Board level
